Defendant appeals his conviction for possession of cocaine in violation of Iowa Code section 204.401(3) (1989). Defendant contends the district court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence obtained pursuant to an alleged unreasonable search and seizure. The defendant, in part, urges the court's ruling is an unwarranted departure from the dictates of Rochin v. California, 342 U.S. 165, 72 S.Ct. 205...
