HARTEN, Judge.

In this sexual harassment action, the trial court granted judgment in favor of respondent Carla J. Gillson against appellants Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, State of Minnesota and Daniel Casey. The state and the DNR dispute liability and challenge a mental anguish award, a civil penalty against the DNR, and an attorney fees award. Casey appeals entry of judgment against him individually...
