HEDIN v. INDIAN RIVER COUNTY

No. 92-2015.

610 So.2d 715 (1992)

Karl HEDIN, Appellant, v. INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

December 23, 1992.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Sean O'Haire of Smith O'Haire, Quinn & Smith, Vero Beach, for appellant.

Charles P. Vitunac, County Atty., and William G. Collins, II, Deputy County Atty., Indian River County, Vero Beach, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

The court lacks jurisdiction of this attempted non-final appeal because the order sought to be appealed, an order abating the action for exhaustion of administrative remedies, is not among the specified classes of allowable non-final appeals. See Fla.R.App.P. 9.130(a)(3). Treating the papers whereon the appeal was taken as a petition for a writ of common law certiorari, the petition is hereby denied.
