This is a review of a judicial disciplinary proceeding against Magistrate Ira Atkinson. The Judicial Hearing Board ("Board") found that the Judicial Investigation Commission (Commission) had not proven its allegation that Magistrate Atkinson had violated Canons 1, 2, 3A(1), 3A(4) and 3C(a) of the Judicial Code of Ethics by clear and convincing evidence.
