Plaintiff Carl Colteryahn Dairy, Inc. ("Colteryahn") challenges the withdrawal liability assessment imposed against it when it withdrew as a contributing employer to the Western Pennsylvania Teamsters and Employers Pension Fund (the "Fund"). Three different civil actions stemming from this withdrawal are pending before this court. At the two above-captioned cases, Colteryahn has sued the Fund and its trustees, accountants...
