Appellant, Andrew Stokes, suffered an almost complete traumatic amputation of his right ankle and foot while operating a lawn mower on appellee's property. He sued appellee and claimed appellee negligently failed to maintain his premises in a reasonably safe condition, failed to correct a dangerous condition and failed to warn him of the dangerous condition.
