Raymond L. Weicht (defendant) was convicted following a jury trial of sodomy, a class B felony. §§ 566.060.3 and .4, RSMo 1986. He was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of five years. He thereafter filed a Rule 29.15 motion. Counsel was appointed and an amended motion filed.
