This is before us on defendant-appellee's motion to dismiss the appeal. The following chronology is pertinent:

May 8, 1991—Judgment signed dismissing plaintiff's suit. May 15, 1991—Plaintiff moved for new trial. June 17—Motion for new trial granted by trial court. June 21—Defendant filed motion for trial court reconsideration on rehearing of the order granting the new trial.
