In this worker's compensation action, the plaintiff, Sabra Ford, appeals the judgment of the administrative hearing officer denying her benefits from the defendant, Hart Associates. The hearing officer found that Ms. Ford failed to prove by an overwhelming preponderance of evidence that her carpal tunnel syndrome was job related as required by LSA-R.S. 23:1031.1(D).
