Jesse Cook appeals an adverse decision in an action for religious discrimination in employment. We affirm.

I. BACKGROUND

Jesse Cook was employed on the assembly line at Chrysler's St. Louis plants from 1976 until 1986, when he was terminated for excessive absences. Cook is a Seventh Day Adventist.
