Union Pacific Railroad Company appeals from the district court's1 denial of its motion for a new trial. The district court dismissed Union Pacific's cross-claim against David Mullen for contribution under the Arkansas Uniform Contribution Among Tortfeasors Act, Ark.Code Ann. §§ 16-61-201 to -212 (1987), based upon a prior release signed by Mullen in favor of Union Pacific. We affirm.
