This action is submitted to the Court on plaintiff's motion for an award of attorneys' fees to counsel, Jonathan C. Hardy, in the amount of $51,850.00, and to cocounsel, David Leightty, in the amount of $23,695.00 for legal services performed in an action to increase the attorneys' fees awarded to them by the Veterans Administration ["VA"].1
