Bambi Jo Huffman1 (wife) appeals an order modifying child support. We reverse, concluding that the circuit court erred in modifying the child support obligation and in reducing the arrearages.

The circuit court entered a final judgment of dissolution of marriage for these parties in March 1988. Timothy Huffman (husband), who was represented by counsel until a few days before the final hearing, appeared without representation...
