In this consolidated case, Reverend Herman Fountain, Sr. appeals the court-ordered closure of the Bethel Baptist Children's Home in Lucedale and the subsequent finding of criminal contempt. The chancellor ordered the closure after Fountain, who personally operated the children's home, refused to comply with State licensure requirements.
