BROWN, Justice.

The appellant, David Harold Simpson, raises several arguments on appeal following his two convictions for the rape of his daughters: 1) whether joinder of the offenses for trial was error; 2) whether Simpson should have been charged with incest and not rape; and 3) whether the trial judge was without jurisdiction to try this case. The three points are meritless, and we affirm.
