INNK Land and Cattle Company, a Colorado corporation, filed an action in Iowa district court to set aside fraudulent transfers of property previously owned by Raymond and Evelyn Kenkel. All of the defendant-transferees are either closely held corporations controlled by the Kenkels or members of the Kenkels' immediate family.
