LEVINE, Justice.

Raymond Rambousek appeals from a judgment of conviction entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of conspiracy to commit murder. We affirm.

Rambousek met with three individuals in a Dickinson motel room. Two of the three were undercover State Crime Bureau agents posing as "hit men"; the third was a Dickinson Police Department informant.
