Plaintiff, Maria Madeo, filed this personal injury lawsuit against defendants, Tri-Land Properties, Inc. (Tri-Land), and G.B. Maintenance Service, Inc. (G.B. Maintenance). Plaintiff alleged in her complaint that she suffered injuries after slipping on a patch of ice in a parking lot that defendant Tri-Land owned and defendant G.B. Maintenance plowed.
