In a trial to a jury for deceptive trade practices, violations of the Vehicle Installment Sale Act (Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 5069-7.01 et seq. (Vernon 1987)), and personal injuries, Walter Elizondo obtained a judgment against appellant for $20,796.
