KINKEADE, Justice.

Roger Earl Fisher appeals his convictions for illegal investment and delivery of a controlled substance. After Fisher changed his plea from not guilty to nolo contendere, the trial court assessed punishment at ten years' confinement in the state penitentiary and a fine of $50,000 for the illegal investment offense. After a bench trial where Fisher pleaded not guilty, the trial court assessed punishment at ten years' confinement...
