Defendant, General Motors Corp., appeals the trial court's denial of its Motion for Summary Judgment and the granting of third-party defendants', Bernard Charbonnet and Prudential Property & Casualty Insurance Company, Exceptions of No Cause of Action, and the granting of Mr. Charbonnet's Motion for Summary Judgment.
