This matter comes before the court on a petition for writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Petitioner, an inmate at Lansing Correctional Facility, Lansing, Kansas, pled guilty on January 26, 1984, to one count of kidnapping and one count of aggravated robbery.
