Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 604(a)(1) (134 Ill.2d R. 604(a)(1)), the State takes an interlocutory appeal of the circuit court's order of April 8, 1991, which quashed the State's subpoena duces tecum and resulted in the suppression of the evidence sought by the subpoena.
