STEVENS v. COM.

Record No. 1598-90-2.

415 S.E.2d 881 (1992)

Lewis Oliver STEVENS, s/k/a Louis Oliver Stevens v. COMMONWEALTH of Virginia.

Court of Appeals of Virginia.

March 31, 1992.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

John B. Boatwright, III, Richmond, for appellant.

Marla Lynn Graff, Asst. Atty. Gen. (Mary Sue Terry, Atty. Gen., on brief), for appellee.

Present: BENTON, WILLIS and BRAY, JJ.

BRAY, Judge.

We disagree and affirm the conviction.
