This dispute, now before us for the second time, involves disability benefits claimed under a policy of group insurance issued by Northwestern National Life Insurance Company (Defendant/Appellant) to the National Guard Association of the United States Insurance Trust. Bruce Heslip (Plaintiff/Appellee) was a member of the group and an insured under the policy.

In the first appeal we reversed a judgment awarded to Heslip and remanded the case...
