This matter is before the court on a petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Petitioner, an inmate at the Lansing Correctional Facility, Lansing, Kansas, was convicted in 1985 of one count of aggravated robbery and three counts of kidnapping.
