Plaintiff, Teamsters Local 623 ("Local 623"), brings this action pursuant to Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 1947, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 185.1 Local 623 alleges that the defendant, United Parcel Service, Inc. ("UPS"), is improperly seeking to re-arbitrate an issue which was decided in an earlier arbitration under a collective bargaining agreement
