BAPTIST v. GOLDEN GEM GROWERS

No. 91-1507.

602 So.2d 691 (1992)

Moise Jean BAPTIST, Appellant, v. GOLDEN GEM GROWERS and Professional Administrators, Inc., Appellees.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

Rehearing Denied August 31, 1992.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Valerie W. Evans, and Michael Manglardi of Martinez, Manglardi & Diez-Arguelles, P.A., Orlando, for appellant.

B.C. Pyle and George A. Helm III, Orlando, for appellees.

PER CURIAM.

The claimant, MOISE JEAN BAPTIST, appeals the denial of wage-loss benefits. Because we find the order of the judge of compensation claims (JCC) is not supported by competent substantial evidence, we reverse the order and remand for the JCC to enter an order granting the claim for wage-loss benefits.
