This matter was tried before the undersigned on March 23 and 24, 1992 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Plaintiffs, Roy and Laura Bell, seek damages individually and on behalf of their minor children for damages sustained when Roy Bell was mowing a lawn on October 7, 1987.
