This is an appeal from a conviction for possession with intent to deliver lysergic acid diethylamide. Appellant, Scotty James McCollum, entered a plea of guilty before the trial court without an agreed recommendation on punishment. The trial deferred adjudication of guilt and placed appellant on probation for a period of 10 years. As a term of his deferred adjudication, appellant was ordered to serve 90-days confinement...
