This is an appeal from the conviction of defendant/appellant Ben Farris, Jr., in Shelby Circuit Court on two counts of trafficking in a Schedule II controlled substance (cocaine) in violation of KRS 218A.140. Farris was sentenced to two five-year terms of imprisonment to run concurrently. Farris alleges five errors by the trial court, to-wit: (1) the trial court erred by failing to direct a verdict of acquittal; (2) the trial court erred when it refused...
