Barry Cook and Samuel Rives, the defendants below, appeal the final summary judgment entered in favor of The Proctor & Gamble Cellulose Company, the plaintiff below, and assert as error the trial court's denial of their own motion for summary judgment. For the reasons that follow, we reverse the final summary judgment entered in Proctor & Gamble's favor, but we conclude that the record before us fails...
