Darrell and Carol Kaarup (Kaarups) appeal from a grant of summary judgment dismissing their malicious prosecution action. This case arises from a foreclosure suit brought against Kaarups by First Federal Savings and Loan (First Federal), now Home Federal Savings and Loan (Home Federal).
