Appellants are children of Leonard Emery, Sr., (decedent) and other relatives who brought suit against another child of decedent and that child's wife. The five-count petition alleged, in part, decedent lacked testamentary capacity and was unduly influenced by Respondents to change his will and trust and to make two certificates of deposit payable to Respondents.
