This is a pro se 28 U.S.C. § 2255 petition filed by James Singleton. Mr. Singleton was convicted by a jury on May 11, 1988 of having violated 18 U.S.C. § 2 and 46 U.S.C.App. § 1903(a), (c) and (f), aiding and abetting in the possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
