This dispute arises from the renovation of a shopping center in LaValle, Maryland. Defendant H.L. Libby Corp. ("Libby") was the general contractor for the renovation of that shopping center. Plaintiff Mid-State Electric, Inc. ("Mid-State") was a subcontractor for electrical work on that project.
