Plaintiffs, Barbara Thibodeaux and Herbert Thibodeaux, sued defendant, Winn-Dixie of Louisiana, Inc., to recover damages sustained when Barbara fell in a Winn-Dixie store on July 15, 1988. A bench trial was held on March 7 & 8, 1991.
