This appeal arises from a medical malpractice claim brought by petitioner Patricia Roberts against respondent Southwest Community Health Services ("SCHS"). The trial court granted a summary judgment motion in favor of SCHS after determining that petitioner's claim was barred by the relevant statute of limitations.
