OPINION

CANNON, Justice.

This is a personal injury case. Appellant, Mary Ann Fitzsimmons, appeals from a take-nothing judgment entered in favor of appellee, Brake Check, Inc. (Brake Check). Appellant raises three points of error attacking the sufficiency of the evidence. We affirm.
