Harris appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of appellees. At an earlier stage in the litigation, the district court had remanded the case to state court. Upon appellee's motion to reconsider the remand, however, the district court set aside its previous order and reasserted jurisdiction over the case. Thereafter, the court granted summary judgment.
