Jorge E. Lemus appeals his conviction of delivery of a controlled substance (cocaine).

FACTS

On April 16, 1991, a police informant introduced Detective R.J. to Jose Sanchez so that the detective could purchase a kilo of cocaine. Sanchez stated they would have to meet Lemus, his cousin, in order to get the amount requested. The three then met Lemus at a Bellevue restaurant and after settling on a price of $60,000, Lemus told the detective...
