OPINION ON APPELLANT'S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

MALONEY, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of the offense of injury to a child1 and sentenced to life imprisonment. During trial appellant offered into evidence a copy of a medical report. The trial court found the report inadmissible and the Court of Appeals affirmed the judgment of the trial court. Cowan v. State, 787 S.W.2d 200
