The facts are set forth in our prior opinion in this matter. See Bell Helicopter v. United States, 833 F.2d 1375, 1376-77 (9th Cir.1987). On remand, the district court held that: (1) Bell's, Sea Airmotive's, and Gay Airways' implied contractual indemnity and noncontractual indemnity claims are barred by the Alaska Workers' Compensation Act and (2) Sea Airmotive's and Gay Airways' express contractual indemnity...
