Appellant JoEllen C. Simmons, now known as JoEllen C. Vasicheck, appeals the trial court's order granting her former husband, respondent Andrew W. Simmons, structured visitation with her son from a previous relationship. Although the parties' stipulation granting Simmons reasonable visitation with the child was incorporated into the judgment, Vasicheck argues that the trial court erred in ordering visitation over her objection.
