After Walter Hunter was granted a Chapter 7 bankruptcy discharge, Shipshewana State Bank filed with the bankruptcy court a Motion to Lift Permanent Injunction and Stay. The Bank sought permission to sue Mr. Hunter and his wife in state court, obtain a joint judgment, and assert it against property which the Hunters hold as tenants by the entirety.
