The PEOPLE of the State of Illinois, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. George WILLIS, Defendant-Appellant.

Appellate Court of Illinois, First District, Fifth Division.

Rehearing Denied August 28, 1992.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case
