Appellant, Richard Atkinson, appealed his citation and conviction of contempt by Judge Floyd Lofton. We remanded for an evidentiary hearing. The evidentiary hearing was stayed until after the trial of Kenneth Ray Clements, the defendant in the case leading to Mr. Atkinson's contempt citation and conviction, to avoid any possible prejudice to Mr. Clements.
