Albert James Faulconbridge, M.D., petitioned this court to review the negative recommendation of the North Dakota State Bar Board on his application for admission to practice law. We deny his petition.

Faulconbridge applied for admission to the Bar Board in December 1990, and took the bar examination in February 1991. For admission, an applicant must achieve a combined score of 130 (based on the equipercentile scoring method)1...
