Defendant, National Super Markets, Inc., appeals from a judgment of the circuit court of St. Clair County for plaintiff, Wayne Maschhoff, in the amount of $62,310. The jury returned a verdict assessing plaintiff's damages at $93,000 and reduced the award by 33% for plaintiff's contributory negligence.
