This is an appeal from the denial of an application to compel arbitration filed by appellant, Marble Slab Creamery, Inc. (Marble Slab). Marble Slab brought suit against appellee, Wesic, Inc. (Wesic), its franchisee, seeking an injunction and damages for the breach of two franchise agreements.
